He knows that the pacers will not play all the matches and for this the team management has already made plans, which will be implemented on the Bangladesh, New Zealand and Australia tour.
The Indian captain also said that resting the bowlers will not be an issue. He reminded how Jasprit Bumrah and Mohammed Siraj were rested for one Test each in the series against England and this can be done again going forward.

Rohit said in the press conference, we will always keep this (workload management of fast bowlers) in our mind. You want your best players to play all the matches, but it is not possible because too much cricket is played. We have made some plans – how we will manage these bowlers, but it all depends on the workload they are carrying in these matches. We will keep an eye on that.
Continuing his point, he further said, we did quite well against England (last Test series). Bumrah was rested, then Siraj was rested in a Test match. It all depends on how his body feels at that particular time. We have a lot of bowlers. We saw the Duleep Trophy, saw some exciting possibilities there. I am not too worried about what kind of bowlers are waiting for us.
